These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the lukyi8 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using lukyi8 you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

lukyi8 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform provides sports betting markets, live casino games, responsible gambling tools and supporting informational content. All account balances, offers and transactional figures are presented in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users unless otherwise specified.

| PKR | Pakistani Rupee — the primary display currency on the Platform for Pakistani users. |
| RTP | Return to Player — a theoretical long-run statistical percentage indicating the average proportion of staked funds returned to players over a very large number of game rounds. |
| Self-Exclusion | A voluntary restriction mechanism by which a User may suspend or permanently close their Account to prevent further gambling activity. |
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
lukyi8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending KYC completion.
Users may register one Account per person. Maintaining more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, lukyi8 reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any associated bonuses and, where fraud is suspected, withhold balances pending investigation.
All registration information submitted must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your contact details, including your email address and any linked payment information, up to date within your Account settings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account. lukyi8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify lukyi8 support immediately. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication options to enhance Account security.
For Pakistani users, the Platform displays account balances, deposits, withdrawals and transaction histories in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where underlying transactions are processed in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. lukyi8 does not guarantee specific exchange rates or accept liability for currency fluctuation losses.
lukyi8 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Deposit page of the Platform at the time of your transaction. Available methods are subject to change without notice, depending on operator decisions, regulatory constraints and payment provider policies.
For context, familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced on the Platform as examples. These references are for contextual familiarity only. They do not constitute an endorsement of gambling services by those providers, nor a guarantee that those methods will be available for deposit or withdrawal at any given time. Users may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

For illustrative clarity: a welcome offer of PKR 1,000 with a 30× wagering requirement means the User must place PKR 30,000 in eligible bets before any associated bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce an existing limit will be actioned without delay. Requests to increase an existing limit may be subject to a mandatory waiting period to protect against impulsive decision-making.
Self-exclusion requests take effect within a reasonable timeframe following your request. During the self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new Accounts or accessing the Platform through alternative means. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion may have its balance voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, lukyi8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account, void any pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the lukyi8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, page designs, written content, game graphics, data presentations and software — is the property of lukyi8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, published, distributed, scraped or commercialised without prior written permission from lukyi8.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lukyi8, its officers, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach by the User), any outstanding bonus balances and associated winnings may be voided. Verified real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach may be returned after investigation, at lukyi8's discretion.
Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, the User should withdraw any real-money balance in their Account. Accounts with pending KYC or active disputes may not be closed until those matters are resolved.
lukyi8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lukyi8 operates its licence, as specified in the operator's licence documentation. lukyi8 makes no representation that these Terms or its operations comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users access and use the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with all applicable local laws.
